The LEAHN team is expanding rapidly in 2014. LEAHN Co-ordinator, Greg Denham, travelled to Kenya and Tanzania to meet new Country Focal Points, Wilson Lomali and Abdallah Said Kirungu who are both working hard to promote harm reduction approaches in their communities. Check out the photos below.
Joint harm reduction training in Moldova
LEAHN Co-ordinator Aleksandr Zelitchenko co-facilitated a workshop in Chinasau, Moldova in April 2014 for participants from law enforcement agencies and civil society organizations. The workshop was titled:

LE and HIV Collaboration
Gender Desk Police Officers in Tanzania participated in a special training program about harm reduction in March 2014. The training was supported by Medicine du Monde who have been working in partnership with local police.

LE and HIV Training
LEAHN will be hosting a Professional Development Workshop at the 20th International AIDS Conference to be held in Melbourne in July, 2014. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr Nick Thomson and LEAHN Co-ordinator, Mr Greg Denham.
