The IBF would like to invite you to an exclusive “Behind the Scenes†tour of the Vaclav Havel airport, taking place on Wednesday, 14th May. The event will start at 11:00am in the exclusive Club Continental lounge with champagne and canapés, followed by a short introduction and welcome by the Prague Airport's Vice-Chairman, Marta Guthova and Director of Aviation Business, Jiri VyskoÄ. The afternoon will continue with airside and interior airport tours, lunch, and several operational highlights. There are a limited number of spaces for this tour, so be sure to register at your earliest convenience!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
IDENTIFICATION | All registered guests will need to send a scan of their passport or other official identification to the IBF no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 12th May.
PARKING | Parking will be provided free of charge in Parking C.
ARRIVAL | Guests should meet at the departure hall of Terminal 1 between 10:45 and 11:00am.
