Hello,

Isn’t it funny how if you are a student, have a child at school or work in an academic setting you have two end of the year celebrations, one in May or June and another in December?

2) Exercise then study.
3) Take breaks to walk around or have a snack – they are really important.
4) Variety of locations can help boost memory – choose different rooms in the house, even outside or at the library or bookstore.
5) Do review a few minutes before bed – then let the brain work its magic while sleeping – that’s called consolidating.

Wishing you the best of luck as this “year” comes to a close.
