Step-by-step instructions on cost-benefit analysis?  As part of our Conservation Economics Initiative, we just launched an exciting new series of video lessons intended for anyone interested in learning basic environmental economic concepts, refreshing what you learned in a CSF course, or to complement lectures.  We promise you won't fall asleep.

Does certification benefit farmers and the land?

CSF is working with the Rainforest Alliance to design and carry out research on the costs and benefits to farmers of obtaining Rainforest Alliance certification. CSF will focus on the initial certification step as well as subsequent renewals.

CSF developing first online course in partnership with Duke University

As part of CSF's expanding Conservation Economics Initiative, we are developing an online Coastal Conservation Economics course in partnership with Duke University, with a planned launch in January 2015. Click here for further information and to stay updated on application criteria and deadlines.
