<<First Name>>,
I had the honor of managing The Affiliates softball team for the 2nd Annual Realtor vs Affiliate softball game. Last year, The Realtors beat The Affiliates 26-3, so I had my work cut out for me. I started recruiting players about three months ago. I was looking for people who wanted to win with me. We had a lot of interest, 45-50 people. That's about 30-40 people too many when there are only 10 people on the field at one time. In order to be organized and prepared, we held four practices. If you made it to practice, you were on the team. We had 17 play in the game.
Our team shined. We played great, together. We won, 26-9!!! The reason we won is because we had a great team. We had a great team because we had natural talent, but more importantly, we practiced. We all knew our positions, were good at them and knew how to work with each other. I mention this because, our team at Farmers is great. I know you and I promised to help when you have a problem. You trust me to keep my word and I honor my promises. When you have a problem, my team and I will help you.
The San Diego area had a couple of fires two weeks ago. I am happy to say we were on the scene. Farmers was not just available on the phone, we were present. We deployed a team to help our clients start the road to recovery. Our team put our best foot forward, because we have practiced together. We know our roles and stepped up to the plate because we made that promise to you, our clients.
"Last week Farmers Agents and Employees in the San Diego area again stood tall and were there for the residents of their community in the face of raging wildfires. It did not matter if the person needing assistance was insured with Farmers or just someone looking for advice and perhaps a cold bottle of water on a hot day, Farmers was there to provide help. It was one of those moments when I could not have been prouder to wear the Farmers logo on my shirt. Farmers was there to help a community that needed us." - Frank Soldano, Farmers Insurance
I play to win and am proud to be a member of a great team, Farmers Insurance. On and off the field, you can always depend on me.
If you know someone who is not currently on our team, let them know they should consider joining the winning team with Farmers.

My wife, Elizabeth, is a Mom, an amazing wife and an incredible chef. She trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She shares a helpful tip below.
"The Summer is here and it's time to help boost your metabolism. Yes this is a real thing. Slice up a cucumber and lemon. Add it to a glass of water with a cluster of mint. Stir and enjoy this great refreshing drink all summer long." |
