 Hey <<First Name>>,

I hope you are having a great February. It's crazy to think how quickly we are already underway in 2016. Have you stayed true to the things you set out to accomplish this year? New Year Resolutions? Quarterly goals? There's still plenty of time to get your focus back if you went off course.

Since you haven't heard from me in a few months, here are a few things you missed:

1. There's a NEW video series happening every week called #MobilityMonday (If you don't already follow me on Facebook, make sure you jump over there to see these posts as they are published). Each week I provide a video on a specific body area. It includes self-assessing your limitations, self-myofascial release, stretching, and how to mobilize. Pretty much everything you need to improve function and move well. All of the posts in this series are posted below.

2. Next up, Leah and I are running a 2-hour clinic specifically for distance runners preparing for any upcoming races this spring. It's called 'The Pre-Hab Clinic: Strategies to Run Your Best Race Yet.' This clinic is full of worthwhile content and strategies that can be applied immediately to enhance your runs and prevent injury. More information below.

3. I'm heading to Chula Vista, CA for 2 weeks in March to do a sports medicine internship at the US Olympic Training Center. Pretty pumped about this opportunity to learn from some of the top level professionals and athletes in the country, if not world.

Now that I have talked too much... How can I help YOU? What do you need moving forward to be successful. Is it someone to kick your ass into gear to accomplish those New Year Resolutions that have quickly faded from your mind? Is it help developing a functional training program to compliment your running as you get ready for a 5k, half or full marathon? Or, could it be my newly developed, 'Integrative Approach to Movement,' to finally take that next step towards getting rid of pain with therapy and corrective exercise?

I'd love to hear from you to see if I can help in anyway. There's no reason to put things off for a better time. As you can tell by how quickly 2016 is already progressing along, putting stuff off only holds us back from our potential. Before you know it it'll be 2017 and I'll be emailing you the same stuff, as you think to yourself I should've just done this last year...

You know, you don't have to wait until the end of the month to get this stuff? Click here and follow me on Facebook and get all of this information the day it comes out. If you have any questions or concerns that could help your personal journey, please feel free to contact me.

The Pre-Hab Clinic: Strategies to Run Your Best Race Yet

Need some help making your upcoming race the best you have ever run? Or, maybe this is your first race and you are looking for some insight on what strategies are the most effective. Join Leah and myself for this 90-minute clinic, followed by open Q&A.

Looking for something that not many people provide? My integrative approach to movement is a combination of manual therapy and functional training to make movement quality the focus.

Do you want to chase your grandkids around when you're 70? Achieve a personal record on your next race? Or, just move and feel great without all of the aches and pains? It's time for YOU to start placing emphasis on what really matters.

Hear what Susan had to say: “As an older triathlete who has had several surgeries, having an athletic trainer who is also A.R.T. certified offers many benefits from recovery to overall performance with proper muscle movement. Garrett is able to zero in on areas that need strengthening, however, when I stress a muscle too far, he treats the muscle area with A.R.T. to reduce potential injury. In addition, I have discovered getting an ART treatment prior to my workout helps improve my range of motion and overall muscle strength to maximize the workout. Over the last 3 months, my overall recovery from one workout to the next is much faster and less painful!
