Our Very Limited Allocation
of Bond Has Arrived!
We have received our allocation of Bond for the 2010 vintage.  3 bottles Bond Pluribus, 2 bottles Bond Quella, and 3 bottles Bond St. Eden.  These wold renowned wines are extremely limited and will not last long.

The 2010 Pluribus reveals classic notes of blueberry and mulberry fruit intermixed with hints of violets, incense and licorice. The striking aromatics are followed by a full-bodied, dense, supple-textured, multidimensional wine that should drink well for 25-30 years.

From the valley floor, the 2010 St. Eden exhibits copious notes of creme de cassis, loamy, dusty soil undertones, forest floor, toasty oak and plenty of sweet tannin in its full-bodied, massive personality. Again, these wines are not meant for near-term gratification, so 5-6 years of cellaring is warranted. This is another 30-year wine from Bond.

The 2010 Quella is a candidate for perfection. From the lower foothills of Pritchard Hill, it offers up notes of charcoal, graphite, espresso and copious quantities of blueberry and black raspberry liqueur, along with distinctive minerality, a full-bodied mouthfeel, moderately high tannins, gorgeous richness and a long, moderately tannic finish. Forget it for five years and drink it over the following three decades.

Honeyspot Road White IPA, 6.0% abv

The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, theirs employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.
