IDAAY is a Leader in Urban Youth Development!

Institute for the Development of African-American Youth is a 21-year Philadelphia Youth nonprofit organization having a comprehensive array of youth and family services.

The generous support of individuals, corporations, foundations and faith-based institutions play an important part in IDAAY’s ability to improve the lives of the more than 1,200 youth we serve each year.
