Entrepreneurship Training!
The 4 Brothers Entrepreneurship Program is one of 9 youth programs offered by Institute for the Development of African-American Youth, Inc.
- Helps youth develop skills in the Culinary Arts and provides entrepreneurial training to enable them to create their own work opportunities!
- Youth learn how to cater events, menu planning, budgeting, purchasing food and supplies, as well as preparing, setup and serving the meal.
- Youth also gain knowledge in business start-up, and experience in sales and marketing.
- Each youth will also obtain their ServSafe license, which will enhance their ability to qualify for employment in the food service industry.
