Three months ago I received a secret message in the mail.
Steeped in my favorite color, it read All Here.
Since then it has rested on my altar, reminding me to be in the present moment and to show up in my life as my real self. All Here.
I was blessed to spend this past weekend at The Loft. Laughing, crying, savoring delicious food, wearing flower crowns, and diving in deep with my magic making sisters. It was amazing and magical and there is so much I want to tell you. Me from before would try to fit it into some neat, bullet-pointed list to share with you. Me from now is sitting with all the beauty and messiness of the lessons, allowing myself to go deeper with them and trusting that they will come through in their own time.
I’m learning that I’m a runner. As soon as something comes to fruition I dart off to the next thing. The bud appears and I'm already planting a new seed, missing the beauty of the flower in full bloom. So you see if I made you that list today that would be as far as it went for me. I’m choosing to stick around a little longer this time – to really be with the learning, the joy, the fear, the discomfort, the excitement, the space between.
I thought I was going away to get clear on my next steps in business. I love so many things and I couldn’t decide where to direct my energy next. Instead I learned that my lesson, my challenge right now, is to learn to be where I am. To stick around for the full bloom of what I've already created. To truly be All Here.
