Brain Builder Smoothie with Spice!

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons walnuts
2 Tablespoons goji berries
2 Tablespoons chia seeds or flour
1 cup Almond milk (homemade is best)
(¼ cup sliced almonds soaked in ¾ cup water soaked in refrigerator over night)
1 Tablespoon cocoa
Dash of cayenne
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
add more liquid to preferred consistency

Directions:
Soak walnuts and goji berries in ¼ cup water overnight in refrigerator, soak almonds in a separate container.

Make almond milk or use store bought almond milk. Place in blender and whip. Add the rest of the ingredients, careful to add and taste the amount of cayenne.
