Hi <<First Name>>

What’s in store for you this week? We show you how to get that sexy, toned look for figure hugging garments; you may want to consider sacking your hair stylist; we share some amazing fashion buys; there's another important reason to keep your receipts; and we talk colour and personality. Oh and there's even a chance to win - we've hidden the competition, you just have to go looking for it. It's all go and we love every minute of it.

And remember to keep your feedback coming, we adore it.

Q. I'm a mum and work part-time. Have you got some ideas on outfits and particularly shoes that work in the playground and at work?

In most cases you’ll be able to wear your clothes to work and in the playground but you may need one or two pieces that are reserved specifically for each. And it really depends on the type of work you do - I’ve considered the corporate environment.

Really it’s all about how you dress an outfit up or down depending on the occasion, and the best way to do this is... (more)

Looking for fashion ideas? Inspiration?

... fashion lookbooks and catalogues are a great place to start. They’re styling books that are produced by a retailer to show off their new season’s range. Some retailers produce them in bulk and hand them out free to customers who shop with them, or they have them sitting on their counter and website. Other retailers produce only one book for each store but they’re available for customers to look through.

These are a great source of inspiration and new ideas. Pay attention to the styling as a whole for each outfit. What shoes do they wear with it, jewellery, trouser styles, etc.

Some recent fabulous feedback we've received.

"It's like shopping with your best friend"

(Styling-shopping session)

"All 50 mumble years young ladies should invest in an afternoon with Lisa from Gorgeous Me.  Put your best knickers on, take H2O for sustenance (which I forgot!) and wear easy clothes to disrobe with grace and ease (again I didn’t!).  I think this experience would be like speed dating but is instead speed shopping with your bestie (BF) – with some great benefits:

·  Lisa doesn’t know your comfort zone so she introduces you to styles and colour you would normally bypass

·  She tells it like it is (but in a BF way) - and she knows what she is talking about

·  She is a shopping tornado whereas I falter after 40 minutes

·  You get the biggest changing rooms in all the stores and VIP treatment

·  And she hangs up all the clothes after you have tried them on :)

I loved my 3 hours with Lisa - we met as strangers and parted as friends.  I staggered home weighed down with bags and great styling advice and with the help of a glass or 2 of my favourite Sauvi, surveyed my wardrobe with fresh eyes and ideas from a totally new perspective.

Thanks Lisa, I had a ball and I will see you in Spring for my Summer revamp :)" Bindy

"Surprised and thrilled..."

(Wardrobe consult, followed by shopping session)

“I was surprised and thrilled to see some of my current wardrobe rearranged and come to life as new ensembles. I feel sad about my leather jacket... not sure I will 'release' it just yet, but if I haven't worn it in another six months I promise to ditch it. The session with you was affirming and very, very useful. I feel totally confident about the kind of look I want to create and how to go about achieving it. I am also thrilled with my new clothes.

I had a positive physical reaction to the colour charts you sent. I love the cool colours, really love them and they 'lift' my spirits. I'm now on the look out for some colourful clothes and some unusual pendants. This morning I took various items of clothing in to be altered and I had a look at funky glasses. Next step is the haircut! Kind regards, Iris"
