Father's Day and Time With My Family |

<<First Name>>,
Father's day was last weekend and it was a great day! My wife, Elizabeth woke me up early because she was so excited to give me my gift. It was neatly wrapped just like she always does. She knows I enjoy wearing crazy-looking socks. Guess what she got me? Crazy socks! They are bright, happy, full of color, striped, puzzle pieces and polka dots. It put a smile on my face.
She also had two cards for me. One from her and one from Benjamin, who will be two next week. Elizabeth has always had an amazing way with words and knows how to express herself to me. She also has an even better way with words from Benjamin's perspective. I could not have asked for anything more...and then Benjamin came walking into our room. Benjamin has a big boy bed now. When he wakes up in the morning, he wanders into our room and says "hold me." He is so precious. I realize that these moments won't last forever and I get to enjoy them every day, not just on Father's Day. I am thankful for the people who help me get through each day and continue to inspire me; my wife, Elizabeth and my son, Benjamin. |

My wife, Elizabeth, is a Mom, an amazing wife and an incredible chef. She trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She shares a helpful tip below.
"There is nothing that tastes better than fresh Salsa. I have not found a Salsa recipe better than this in more than 10 years. Here are the ingredients:
Step 1
Tomatoes, diced small
Garlic, minced
Cilantro, chopped finely
Yellow Onion, diced small
Step 2
Limes
Salt and Pepper
Add all Step 1 ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Cut and squeeze a few limes and mix again. Add salt and pepper to taste. This salsa tastes AMAZING on tortilla chips or any type of taco. Enjoy!" |
