We are the only Texas!

My family and I are here in Fort Worth, along with ten thousand Republicans, attending the 2014 State Convention of the Republican Party of Texas.

I humbly ask for your prayers, as there will be an intense battle regarding our party platform and how we define and articulate our values.

I have one strong piece of advice, for the sake of both Texas and the United States of America, please remember:

We are the only Texas!

There is no other Texas left to take our place.

If we as Texas Conservatives fail to hold a higher standard for
our faith, our families and our freedomâ€¦

There is no other Texas to take a stand.
There is no other Texas to "draw that line in the sand."

We are the only Texas!
