First anniversary for FSF project

Scilab workshop
On May 23rd, a special heads up session dedicated to Scilab software was organized in order to present new features. This was followed by a customized workshop in order to understand and fit SystemX's users needs. This experience was well appreciated and will be renewed very soon.
Singaporean delegation
SystemX and Systematic jointly hosted a Singaporean delegation from A*STAR (Agency for Science Technology and Research) on May 23rd. SystemX's presentation was included in a larger visit of the Saclay Plateau with the goal of demonstrating Saclay's research and innovation potential. Indeed, the delegation had the opportunity to discover the University Paris-Saclay project and visit a few laboratories (i.e Neurospin). See Systemx's slide deck.

ScilabTEC The 6th edition of ScilabTEC took place on May 15th and16th. Networking moments and 17 presentations succeded each other during this two-day conference. Eric Perrin-Pelletier, CEO of SystemX, gave an overview of the institute to the audience, in the course of the second day. Audience declared being very satisfied by this edition. R&D projects
ARE project
ARE project has been accepted to join the NDN testbed (Name Data Networking). NDN is the largest NSF project (National Science Foundation)for the future Internet on Information-Centric Networking, which is the main focus of ARE project.
SystemX launched APA project, (parallel algorithmics - Algorithmique parallèle), which aims at analyzing and developing new asynchronous algorithms that have experienced little development work and application until today. Read the press release
OAL project
OpenAltaRica project was presented by Michel Batteux, SystemX project manager, during the safety seminar of the Île-de-France Region. It was the opportunity to introduce the context and objectives of this project to academic and industrial stakeholders.Download his slide deck
HPC CREE project
The HPC CREE intern team runned a special heads up session to present their work that consists in setting up a platform of small-sized HPC to allow SystemX R&D projects to develop their simulations and to study a service aimed at SMEs. This platform will also be of use in awareness-raising activities and as training to the simulation for SMEs.

Sysnav David Vissiere, CEO of Sysnav, is one of the 10 MIT TR35 laureates (Technology Review 35) that award french innovation people under 35. He developped a navigation system based on cheap sensors able to guide an aircraft with reliability.Find out more about his technology
