Neighborhood 4th of July Parade!

Kids - if you've ever wanted to be in a parade, here is your chance! Stonehaven's annual 4th of July Parade starts at Rama Swim Club. At 10:15:am, the fire truck leads the parade out of the club's parking lot at Wheeler & Charing, proceeds down Charing to Redcoat, to Jester, then to Wheeler and back to Rama Swim Club. Bike decorating starts at 9:30 at Rama Swim Club's parking lot at 6109 Wheeler Dr. (decorations provided). Walk or bike in the parade, or set your chairs and blankets along the parade route and cheer!

Neighbor and certified beekeeper Sammy Myers sells his bees' wonderful honey to neighbors, and his STONEHAVEN HONEY is now on sale.  One lb. containers are $8 each. Call Sammy after 5pm 704 366-6930.

Trader Joe's at Meridian Place?

If that sounds great to you, then here's your opportunity to tell them so!  Team TJ organizers say that this is likely to be the single best chance for consideration at Meridian Place, so speak up now!

On Saturday, July 12, videographer Chris Hudson will be filming individuals saying, "I want Trader Joe's at Meridian Place because [...]!!!" - completing the sentence using your own words. Extra credit for wearing Hawaiian shirts or otherwise showing your TJ's creativity.

This video will show our passion and, along with preliminary data, will hopefully give their corporate office a reason to give our area a second look.

The signup link below divides the morning of July 12 into time increments between 8am and noon, so sign up for the slot that works best for you. If you want your spouse/baby/dog/peeps in the shot with you, great!  Just sign yourself up and tell us in the notes how many others might be with you.  Each 10-minute time slot can accommodate up to three individuals or groups.

Go Team TJ!  Pass this along to your circles and bring a friend or two.
