The long awaited documentation of my visit to Trinidad in February this year is here. 

We are halfway through the year and for the remaining six months let us be attentive to our needs to lay a foundation for the coming years. 

For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, enjoy the generous growth of summer and for those of you in the Southern Hemisphere, enjoy the warmth and comfort of being indoors.
