Record-Breaking Year for the Rotary Josh the Otter Water Safety and Literacy Project! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

THANK YOU for making 2014 the BIGGEST year of the Rotary Josh the Otter Water Safety and Literacy Project!

In 2014 alone, over 40,000 children heard the life-saving message of Josh the Otter and water safety because of Rotarians like YOU!

This spring we had over 110 orders for the Rotary Josh the Otter Water Safety and Literacy Project from all across the U.S. and Canada! Over 25,000 "Josh the Baby Otter" books and over 40,000 coloring books were distributed since the beginning of the year. Hundreds of Rotarians in 25 states joined in the fun of spreading the life-saving message of Josh the Otter and many Rotary orders are still being made throughout the summer! Since 2010, Rotarians have distributed over 50,000 books and 60,000 coloring books to children across the U.S., Canada, and Jamaica! We are hoping 2015 will be an even BIGGER success with your help!

July 1, 2014 --PRICE CHANGE for Rotary Josh the Otter Water Safety and Literacy Project Packets-- Over the past five years, the Joshua Collingsworth Memorial Foundation has kept the cost of the packets to $3.25 each. Due to increases in shipping and printing costs, the new prices for the packets will rise just a quarter to $3.50 (U.S) and $4.50 (International). The new prices will fall in line with the new Rotary calendar year. To continue to provide the best Josh the Otter packet value for Rotarians, each packet will include a brand new coloring book with water safety activities throughout the colorful pages. As always, the Rotary packets include the "Josh the Baby Otter" book with Audio/Visual CD, the new Josh the Otter coloring book, and the large Josh the Otter sticker. The Portuguese version of "Josh the Baby Otter" is coming soon!
Thanks to the wonderful help of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton West, a NEW Portuguese version of the book is being created this summer! Plans for the book will include serving Portuguese speakers in the U.S. as well as Brazil! We look forward to unveiling the book at the 2015 RI Convention in Brazil! The Bilingual Spanish/English version of the book is still available for the Rotary packets!
