Can we offer you fame & fortune? Perhaps not, but we can offer you lots of appreciation & love! Element 11 is run 100% by volunteers! Thus, we need YOU!

Volunteer Appreciation! / HOLY AWESOME BAR-CRAWL, BATMAN!
Element 11 cannot happen without you! To celebrate all your hard work, the Element 11 Volunteer Committee and Burning Angels are teaming up with Chefdaddy to create the 9th Circle Volunteer Lounge. The lounge is the hub for all E11 volunteer information and appreciation. We will be located next to the Greeters on the corner of A Street and 4th Ave. Please stop by anytime for some refreshments. Burning Angels will be circulating the event with the Mobile Angel Unit wagon full of goodies! Look out for the pink t-shirts! We will be making Element 11 Official Volunteer Laminates all weekend! The lounge happily accepts donations of food/snacks/beverages/hugs/shoulder rubs for all the hard working volunteers!
Thursday (7/10), 9:00 PM at the 9th Circle Volunteer Lounge is the main volunteer appreciation event: A BAR-CRAWL! Bring your laminate, a cup, and your desire to celebrate hard work! Join us as we explore Pinapple Camp, Juggalo Bar, Crypsters, and Bat Country on an evening that is ALL ABOUT YOU! Parades! Beverages! Surprises! Please consider donating beer, wine, liquor, ice, and mixers at the lounge. These donations will be distributed to these generous camps to help keep the party going. THANK YOU!
Want to Get More Involved? Consider Being a Lead!
A note regarding “Leads” – the Leads DO NOT work shifts. All you have to do is stay FUNCTIONALLY sober and check in at shift changes. Welcome/brief/train new volunteers coming on shift and take attendance of volunteers. Thank the volunteers finishing up their shift and invite them back to the volunteer lounge. If there aren't enough volunteers, head back and request "floating" volunteers, who are pretty much volunteers who can be used to work everywhere. So you just have to show up 5 times and maybe work 15-30 minutes each time. Email e11volunteers@gmail.com for more information.
Love Cooking? Love Volunteers? The 9th Circle Lounge Needs YOU!
The Element 11 Burning Angels celebrate and support volunteers. We do this in several ways: Infrastructure is just that – help the Volunteer Lounge get set up Saturday morning or secured on Sunday evening. Lounge Angels will help people at the lounge who have questions as well as work with ChefDaddy to prepare snacks & refreshments throughout the day for volunteers. Dirt Angels are those who deliver the snacks & refreshments around to work crews all over the property.
We also are looking for Meal Lead Planners for Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday morning of WBTC. We also need kitchen help for both Saturday Dinner & Sunday Breakfast. If you are interested in getting involved with the kitchen please email: e11volunteers@gmail.com
Shift Sign-up Questions or Problems and Advice for Mobile Devices!
If are reading this on your phone or other mobile device, the shift sign-up links listed above work MUCH better when viewed "in full site" and not viewed as the mobile site. So please be sure you view the sign-ups in full site. If you do happen to have issues, problems, questions, can't figure it out, etc... we will be back to help you on Tuesday, 6/24. We're off to visit our neighbors in Idaho at Esthetic Evolution. Any problems or questions with sign-ups will be addressed upon our return. Thank you for your patience!
Finally:
THANK YOU! Without you, Element 11 would not be possible! A HUNDRED BA-JILLION THANK YOUS FOR OUR VOLUNTEERS! We <3 you!
Salty Hugs,
The Volunteer Instigation and Preparation (VIP) Committee
