Exit 27 Casino and Destination Resort Plans Gain Critical Local Approval

Earlier this week plans for a $250 Million Destination Casino and Resort were announced for Exit 27 in Montgomery County which would potentially lead to the creation of 453 construction jobs and 850 permanent jobs.  Vandewalle Associates, a Midwest leader in redevelopment for over 20 years, would act as Master Planner with Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, Clairvest Group, Inc. and Financial District Properties acting as the development team. Both the Town of Florida and City of Amsterdam passed resolutions supporting this economic transformational opportunity.  The full presentation can be found here.
