U.S. Sales for first 6 Months Reach Prerecession Levels

U.S. dealers sold 8.17 million new cars and trucks in the first half of 2014. Southland dealers sold 10% more cars this year than last year and beat U.S. gains by 6%. The Toyota/Scion dealers led the pack in Southland sales by capturing 20.5% of the market’s share. Other notable market share gains include BMW, Fiat, Jeep, Lexus and Nissan.  Click here to read this month's report.
