Camping

If you've selected to camp over night and have purchased a camping spot, please be aware that each spot purchased is a 3x6m area. Due to the large number of campers, it is important that all belongings and set-up stay within this area. If you require additional space, you will need to purchase an additional camping spot.

Fire Rules

There will be a communal fire inside the main race HQ area. Personal fires are permitted if the following conditions are met: A small brazier (raised off the ground) will be suitable. BYO Wood. We ask that no fires are lit in the pit-lane area. Any ashes/coals are emptied into the main fire-pit area. All fires must be supervised by an adult. Fires must be extinguished with water.

Volunteers

If you (or someone you know), would be willing to help out over the weekend, we are still looking for volunteers. If you're available on Saturday (from 9am-12pm) and Sunday (from 6am), help is required at the Rego tent. There will also be other jobs during the weekend as well if you're keen. Please contact Fleur with days/times you're available at fleur.brooks@spicersretreats.com

Dinner and Feast

The Christmas Feast is completely sold out - no extra tickets available. Other options include, Roam 'In Woodfired Pizza available to purchase and a BBQ has been set up for you to prepare your own feast if you missed out. Please bring your own chairs/ picnic blankets, also feel free to bring your own plates and utensils if you don't wish to use the plastic ones that will be provided.

Secret Santa

If you have selected that you would like to participate in the Secret Santa, please bring your wrapped gift to Rego, and in return, you will be provided with a wristband to wear showing that you are part of the Secret Santa that evening. If your gift is only suitable for adults, please also let the rego team know. Gifts will be given out randomly, so if you recieve your own, feel free to swap! ;)

Jumping Castle

The HVAP Jumping Castle will be up and running across the 3PLUS3 Weekend, but please be advised that there are a few rules to it's usage:
- Jumping Castle is only for 10years and under
- Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No shoes, or damaging/disruptive behaviour.

Showers

There is limited water available for Shower usage, so please be considerate of other riders and campers and keep your showers short and sweet. Please also ensure that all taps are turned off properly in both the shower and toilet trucks after use.

Rider Info Updated

The Rider Information pack has been updated with additional details on water available and food etc. Please have a look to make sure you have are prepared for your best Christmas in July weekend!

Entries Closing

Online entries are available until midnight Thursday. Entries will be available on the day, however, save time and money ($10 late fee for on the day entries), by getting all last minute entries in online now!
