Guidelines for safe disposal of contraceptives
|
|
 Proper and safe disposal of RH commodities is critical as consequences of improper and unsafe disposal pose public health and environmental implications.
The UNFPA Safe Disposal and Management of Unused, Unwanted Contraceptives Guidelines should be useful for situations where commodities are expired, counterfeit, have quality concerns, or are unused for various reasons.
The guideline is available online in English, French and Spanish.

The training program currently offers Level 1: Introduction to Procurement and the newly released Level 2: Ethics in Procurement. This module will be published in French in the coming weeks and in Spanish in the next 2 months.
