Sundays 8:15-9:15pm Tribal Fusion Bellydance
  • In this series we will be honing our performance skills, using improvisation and a work-in-progress solo choreography as our medium. Afraid to perform? Get over the fear of performing with the concepts and tools we will be covering in this class. Performance date is scheduled for September 13th. Although performance is not mandatory, it is highly suggested as a goal. Unable to attend the performance date? No worries! There will be another performance opportunity.

Also, don't forget! Suhaila will be in Austin September 13 - 16 for Suhaila and Jamila Format workshops

Thank You's & The Mushy Stuff

Last time when I sent out notice of this being my last class series before maternity leave, I knew I would be returning to teach after 2 or 3 months. This time around, I'm not sure when exactly I'll be returning to teach, mainly because I don't know what life will be like with two little munchkins.

So, if you've been wanting to take class with me, this could be our last chance to dance together... at least for a while. Come squeeze out of me every little bit of bellydance juice and help make you the dancer you want to be. Remember, showing up is half the battle!

Speaking of showing up, I wanted to thank all of my students for showing up to class week after week. Thank you for helping make and shape the class into what it is. It's been so rewarding to watch everyone's progress. Of course, you should also know that I learn so much from you. Thank you for making me a better teacher. I'm grateful for you and honored to be part of your dance journey.
