Welcome to hot summertime dance explosions!
Saturday, July 19, 1pm: Artscape! Join Aubergine once again at America's largest free arts festival! Catch our faerie show, “The Last of the Entwives," at Baltimore Theatre Project (in air-conditioned comfort!).
Sunday, July 20, 6:30pm: Artscape! Let us dazzle your eyes with "Belly Dance for All the Ages" in front of MICA! If the weather holds, we will dance 'til the very end... until next year!
Dances and songs from many countries- you can come join in!
August 23rd- September 1st: The Maryland Renaissance Festival! Brinjal, "Baltimore’s Belly Dance Band," will perform 4 shows each day at for the first two weekends of Faire! Hear our renditions of classic Turkish, Arab and other tunes. We invite you to dance! We hope to have our first CD out by this time!
November 6-7: FaerieCon! Aubergine is delighted to perform again at this amazing convention!
We have been so happy to work with wonderful guest artists lately: Little Auberjunior faeries, Chris Glaudel Bahrt, and Kristie Gulick at Maryland Faerie Festival, Allen Ryde at Baltimore Pride Festival, Brett Zwerdling, Eva Nadira, and Jawad at Avalon Faerie Festival, and Barker Jack stepped in at New York Faerie Festival!

Aubergine Dance Company is happy to provide shows on a sliding fee scale to Nursing Homes, Senior Centers, and Assisted Living facilities. A partial list of our performances for the senior population: Essex Senior Center, Bykota Senior Center, Parkville Senior Center, Morningside House Satyr Hill, Future Care Sandtown, Genesis Loch Raven, Genesis Cromwell, Milford Manor, Ruxton Health and Rehab, Brightview Avondell, Fairfield Nursing Center, Manor Care Dulaney, Paradise Assisted Living, Flen Meadows, and Alice Manor.
