Reminder: Autoimmune Adventures is available!

I sent an email a couple weeks ago about my new podcast, Autoimmune Adventures. In this email I just wanted to give you a teaser of the amazing content that has been released in the first six episodes of the podcast, and remind you how to sign up to get updates if interested.

A lot of ground has been covered in these first episodes, and even more is planned. I've talked with a variety of people already, and we've covered topics such as:

  • How to listen to body wisdom
  • How to eat to heal
  • What it means to take responsibility for your wellness
  • What purpose has to do with wellness
  • How to see illness and healing in a new, more empowering, way
  • How to find healthcare practitioners that work for you

See below for each episode and where to go to listen and read the show notes.

Even if you don't have an autoimmune disorder, I guarantee that you will learn something that will improve your life! Nearly all guests have offered great free gifts too, so if you want to receive those gifts and regular updates about what's coming next, sign up at aiadventures.com.

The podcast is available on iTunes, so you can subscribe there to hear episodes and have them downloaded to your computer or iPhone/iPad automatically. And if you are absolutely anti-iTunes for some reason, then good news! Autoimmune Adventures is now on Stitcher Radio as well. Find it here.
