The arrangements for next year’s tour to Bournemouth are well underway. We will be staying for four nights at the Arlington Hotel.  If you are a new Bowls member or a Club member not familiar with the Bowls tour, please feel free to ask me about it.
 
I will arrange for the coach to come up and collect us and it will then be at our disposal each afternoon for the matches. If required, I will arrange the same pickup points in Kenilworth and St. Nicholas Park as we had this year. Please mark your preference on the form.
 
The cost this year will be £300.00 per person and a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person is required to secure a place. There are forty places available and this includes a restricted allocation of SIX SINGLE ROOMS.  The single rooms will be allocated on a strictly first come basis. As in the past the single room allocation will be eased if some of the singles can arrange to share in twin rooms. Once I've received 40 bookings, further applications will be put on a waiting list to await cancellations.
 
I have already had to pay the deposit to the Arlington Hotel to secure our booking, so with this in mind I would appreciate deposits being sent in as soon as possible. The balance of the cost will be due for payment by 15^th March 2015. On the booking confirmation form, I've asked you to indicate the type of room required. It would also be helpful if you would note any special arrangements you’d like me to try to organise.
 
I do advise you to consider having some travel insurance as members have lost out due to unforeseen circumstances occurring on each of the last three years.
