NEW RELEASE: SKETCHES
One of my favorite musicians at the Bates Dance Festival every year is the tabla virtuoso Rajesh Bhandari. We met there in 2010, and last April we recorded some improvisation-based duets in a studio in Miami. This year we finally have edited and mixed the tracks, and the result is a fresh and satisfying record! Currently I only have hard copies available for purchase at my shows, but stay tuned for online release details.
Summer Adventures
July flew by, and with it went two amazing camp experiences. I had an incredible time teaching at Hope Stone Kids New Orleans, and then at the Bates Dance Festival's Youth Arts Program. Be on the lookout for the annual BDF Musicians' Concert: video will be available for purchase soon!
