The Product Spectrum

Let's take two people. We'll call them Alice and Bob. 

Both work boring day jobs at a big company. Both want to quit their job and become entrepreneurs.

But while Alice will be successful and become a renowned eBook author, Bob will fail miserably and end up going back to the 9-to-5 grind. 

It's hard to know what makes some people successful, and some less so. But I believe I have a theory that can provide a few clues. I call it the Product Spectrum.
