In 2013, Waconia Mayor Jim Nash stood up against the anti-gun establishment in Saint Paul.
Now, he's running for State Representative. Can you help?
Pro-Second Amendment candidates in Minnesota need, and deserve, your support in order to change the narrative in 2015 in Saint Paul. In House District 47A (Carver County), that candidate is Waconia Mayor Jim Nash.
Whether you live in Carver County or not, all gun owners in Minnesota owe Jim Nash a debt of gratitude.
In 2013, when the anti-gun leadership in the Minnesota legislature was throwing every gun control tactic they had ever dreamed about up against the wall to see what would stick, Jim was the only Minnesota Mayor to stand before a legislative committee and testify in favor of freedom, liberty, and our constitutional rights as gun owners.
Now Jim is running for State Representative in House District 47A. Because of Jim's strong stance on the Second Amendment, he was one of the handful of candidates that we endorsed early - and we're proud to support him as the primary approaches in a few weeks.
Jim needs (and deserves) your support. He's exactly the kind of legislator that a law-abiding gun owner in Minnesota would want in office.
That's why this Sunday at Target Sports in Rogers, MN from 6pm - 9pm, we're hosting a fundraiser for Jim.
For a suggested $50 donation, you can meet Jim, mix with gun rights leaders and like-minded supporters, and shoot a few rounds at the range. For an extra $20 donation, you can shoot 10 rounds through a rare Israeli Tavor rifle.
Ammunition, rental pistols (or bring your own), targets, and professional instructors will be provided.
We hope you can join us. More details are below.
If you're not able to attend, please visit Jim's website and send him your most generous donation TODAY! $500, $250, $100, $50, or even $25 or $10 goes a long way in a State Representative race.
Both Mark and I will be at the fundraiser. We hope to see you there!
Yours in liberty -
Bryan Strawser
Executive Director & Treasurer
P.S. Pro-2A candidates like Jim have no chance at the primary in a few weeks without direct support from gun owners like you and I. If you can attend on Sunday, please RSVP TODAY! If you're not able to attend, please dig deep and give what you can to Jim TODAY over at his campaign website.
I want the next legislative session to be about expanding gun owner rights, not fighting a rearguard action against more gun control schemes. Don't you?
