The Plantsman's Preference - Hardy Geraniums, ornamental grasses and unusual perennials

Latest news: January 2015

We hope you've all had (are still having!) a very Merry Christmas and will enjoy a Happy New Year with plenty of time in the garden.  Only really one bit of news for this newsletter - we have a SALE online for a few days!

20% off in our Christmas & New Year Sale
From Boxing Day to New Years Day you can take the opportunity to get 20% off all the plants on our website.  We've never done this before (and may not again!) so take your chance to get the same good plants we always send out at a discount!

As long as your soil is not waterlogged or frozen solid it's still a good time to plant and maybe the exercise of digging the border and planting will help to counteract all those mince pies...

We will send out your plants starting the week commencing the 5th January (weather permitting) so you won't have to wait months for them to turn up either.

To take advantage of the SALE simply go to our website.

Looking After Ornamental Grasses
Saturday 21st February 2015 &
Saturday 7th March 2015

Many people are unsure what to do with grasses to keep them looking good and growing well. This event will guide participants on what to do, to which grasses, and when.

Tim will give a practical demonstration and talk, showing methods and tools of the trade.

Each day will cover the same topics.
11am start (1 hour plus time for questions), tea/coffee and biscuits included.  We will be outside, so dress for the weather!
£10 per person, RHS members £8 - Booking Essential, ring 01379 710 810 or 07799 855 559.
