As we come to the end of 2014 let's all give thanks for a great year, and of course thanks that we are still here, able to be with our loved ones, and enjoy another day!  Life is good! 

Xmas Break

Shavana Health Centre will be closed from 20th December to the 5th January. However Molly will still be contactable via emails or text. Check our website for contact details.

Walking


And as we move into 2015 a healthy goal you could have is to start a walking regime if you don’t already get out there. A daily 20 minute walk will make a big difference in your health and fitness.

Festive Heartburn


With the festive season upon us, many of us do have a tendency to let our hair down and eat, drink and be merry!  And why not, it is Christmas after all.  However, everything has two sides, and along with all the merriment, we can end up over eating or drinking and so suffer with bloating and heartburn. Not so pleasant!
