Before 2014 becomes 2015
Many of us will soon leave the office for our christmas holiday so this will be our last newsletter for 2014. If we look back at 2014 we see a year filled with great accomplishments and we already have a lot planned for next year. Our new product Tellus Voice - a voice mail with spoken absence, will have IVR features and we recently took a decision to add ASR functionality - Automatic Speech Recognition. We have focused on developing an auto attendant which means that the person calling will be transfered to the chosen endpoint via speech recognition. We are testing this at our office right now and we are planning to release this in Q2 - 2015.
We sure have a lot to look forward to next year and we will share all our news with you. Stay tuned for next year!
