Changes in Seal Periods Reminder
To our valued customers and friends:
As you may recall, in 2009, Measurement Canada identified a number of gas meters and devices that qualified for lengthened initial re-verification periods and defined their respective extensions. These changes were outlined for both the 2013 and 2014 calendar years.
Last January, the final phase of the change became implemented. Please click here to see excerpts of some tables that summarize the final changes and how they will affect you.
Please use this information as a guideline. Should you have any questions, please give us a call and we can review the changes with you. If you require any official rulings, contact Measurement Canada directly.

Electronic Statements and Invoices Now Available from Barchard Engineering!

On December 1, 2014, Barchard Engineering Ltd. began taking advantage of the benefits that the electronic platform presents and introduced Electronic Statements and Invoices.
As many of you may have noticed, you are no longer receiving your statement and/or invoices by mail. Instead, we have been emailing these documents as a PDF format attachment to the email address that we have in our system.
Barchard Engineering Ltd. recognizes that there may be valid reasons that make it essential for you to receive your invoices and/or statements by mail. If you must continue to receive these items by post in the future and not be emailed, please contact Tammy Hauck via email at reception@barchardengineering.com and request that your invoices and/or statements continue to be mailed to you.
In addition, if your business is interested in receiving Direct Deposits, please complete your Direct Deposit Authorization Form and send a copy to Tammy Hauck at the email above.

Tammy Hauck loves people, a good thing considering she talks to nearly everyone that calls our office. One of her several jobs is to answer the phone and help callers get to the person they need to speak with. Her bubbly personality makes calling our office fun - no robotic voices telling you to “press 2 for so-and-soâ€. A hard worker, Tammy enjoys working with other departments on projects.
"Its a great group of people. I have known many of them for 14 years plus and we are like a family. I also like that they believe family is first. They are very accommodating to your needs."
