We're Open For Business

If you are one of the 122 members who have already paid this year's homeowner's association fees online, we thank you. If you haven't paid your fees yet we do want to remind you that doing it online is a great way to go.

Paying your fees online only takes a minute or two and saves you the cost of a stamp. It also avoids any chance of your cheque getting held up by a postal disruption, should one occur. Deadline for payments is August 31 and failure to do so will result in added interest charges.
 
Fees remain the same once again this year.  Single family homeowners pay $90 and it's $60 for condos.
