APR results from recent tournaments.

The USA Taekwondo National Championships were held in Richmond, VA from July 4-10. APR sent 6 out of the 25 athletes from Iowa. Each of our athletes put in many extra hours to prepare for the level of competition this tournament brings. Even though we didn't bring home any medals this time, everyone improved a lot from last year. Progress is key, and everyone definitely grew both mentally and physically.
