Lamb survival workshops

Register now!: Our popular Lamb survival workshops are being run again this year, and are for anyone interested in understanding the causes of lamb deaths and how to maximise lamb survival.

The workshops will include observing and carrying out lamb post mortems with Bruce Jackson (DPIPWE) to determine the likely cause of death, and hearing Jason Trompf (JT Agrisource) talk about managing ewe nutrition to maximise lamb survival, matching feed supply and demand, and optimising mob size for lambing.
