Festival Fun
We have been all over the country presenting shows at events and festivals!
Becca (pictured above), presented at the new Blue Dot Festival held at the Jodrell Bank Observatory. She had full houses for her performances of 'Izzy's Incredible Adventure' and 'Bubbles and Balloons'.  Becca had great fun and loved seeing the rest of the acts across the weekend!
Becky and Leanne presented in the grounds of Lulworth Castle at the end of July for Camp Bestival. The blazing sun provided a perfect opportunity to get everyone wet during their three performances of 'It's Only Water. . . . Or is it?', a show enjoyed by parents and children alike!
In August, Zoë and Rhys visited The Royal Mint Experience to perform 'Bubbles and Balloons'.It was a fantastic experience to present in such an interesting place!
We can't wait to return on the 18th of August to present 'Who wants to be a Superhero?' Come along and say hello!

Lights in the sky!
Around August each year, we get the opportunity to witness a spectacular light show of Perseid meteors. space made simple's Emma explains more about it here.
The BIG Event 2016
Last month, a large gathering of science communicators came together at W5 Science Centre in Belfast to share expertise, learn and even play together! James stepped down after three years' as Chair of BIG, but it was also Leanne's first time at the BIG Event. Find out what she got up to.
