In a recent training with our summer staff about caring for our guests, we spoke about key characteristics to serve people here at MBC. A few of those are:

These characteristics are not just great aspects of a great guest experience, but they lay the groundwork in making a lifetime "lasting impression." I truly believe that each one of us carries the words and actions of life and death. We are responsible to steward His Spirit and then respond in obedience to what He wants to do.
We realize here at MBC that we cannot change a life or heart, there is only one who can do that, Jesus. But we have the amazing opportunity to see it and possibly experience it when "Christ's Story collides with Your Story."
No one has probably seen and experienced more than our beloved John Theriault. He has made many a "lasting impression" here and we hope you will join us this Labor Day Weekend, as we celebrate John and Nita's retirement after 40 years in ministry at MBC.
Please continue to pray for our summer staff and many of the amazing opportunities they will have as we long to leave a lasting eternal impression on those we serve.

Adam Castle - We are pleased to announce that Adam Castle has accepted a job offer to ultimately replace John as our Facilities Director in October. We will share more about Adam's background and qualification soon, but we couldn't be happier as Adam, Shelly (wife), Summer (daughter), and Gabe (son) join the MBC family full-time.
Summer Camps are SOLD OUT!! - Our two weeks of Summer Camps are sold out. Our goal is to grow our own summer programming and we have grown from one sold out week to two! Please be praying for us the first 2 weeks of August as over 475 students from across New England will be here at MBC.
New Phone and Internet Services are coming. This month, Fairpoint, will be bringing MBC into the 21st Century with fiberoptic cables to enhance our phone and internet systems. This will allow us to provide better service to you, before you come and while you are here.
Summer Cabins Renovated - We are in the process of renovating our four summer cabins with two almost completed.
Digital Prayer Wall- Prayer is at the heart of our ministry and that is why we have launched a digital prayer wall for you to submit prayer requests so we can pray for you. Check out the MBC Prayer Wall.
Equip Student Leadership Conference - Our student leadership conference is going to be a one-of-a-kind, as we combine the best aspects of conference and experiential learning into one experience. We've strategically retooled this experience, and there is nothing like it in the market.
SAVE THE DATE: Our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament will be at Shaker Hill Country Club at 9am on May 31st, 2017 in Harvard, MA. We will be raising money for our camper scholarship fund to bring kids to camp who cannot afford it.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND with a TWIST- Fall Singles Retreat - November 4-6 - This singles retreat will be for those singles over the age of 35 and longing for Christian Community. This fall retreat will replace the Spring Singles Retreat. More information to come.
