The Power of Meditation 

Meditation is a wonderful form of releasing and processing your day. Over time and with continued practice, meditation can fundamentally change the way we understand our own minds, how we see ourselves, and how we experience our connection to others and the world. 

Meditation & Your Brain Frequency

Meditation also enables us to move from higher frequency brain waves to lower frequency, which activates different centers in the brain. So in essence, slowing down the wavelengths of the brain enables you to have more time between thoughts which ultimately provides more opportunity to skillfully choose which thoughts you invest in and what actions you take.

Balanced Meditation Recording 

I made it easy for you to try the practice of meditation and with the slowing down of your thoughts. I will guide you through a meditation to help balance and restore your mind, body and spirit using frequencies from the healing scales of Solfeggio Harmonics, binaural beats and pure tones to help raise the vibration of you and your surroundings. 

Here is the recorded meditation, good for grounding and balancing yourself and your day. All you have to do is listen and experience the healing benefits of meditation.

It is recommended to try to meditate at least once a day. If meditation is new to you, start with a minute of sitting and listening to your breath. Each day, add an extra 30 seconds so you can build up to sitting for about 10 full minutes.
