$68.5 Billion In Infrastructure Projects Is Why The Coomera – Pimpama Area Is Booming
Pimpama – Coomera located at the northern end of the Gold Coast is experiencing prolific growth with over 68.5 Billion in major infrastructure projects driving the region ahead.
Pimpama–Coomera’s population is projected to increase by 700% inside the next 20 years according to the 2011 HIA-JELD-WEN National Top 20 Building and Population Hotspots report.
The Report, commissioned by the Housing Industry of Australia, placed Pimpama – Coomera third in the entire country with an annual population growth rate of 14.4%.
Being centrally located 30 minutes either way between Brisbane and Surfers Paradise, commuters have the flexibility of choice without the penalty of protracted travel, but it’s the boom in development and infrastructure that has the Northern Gold Coast booming.
The estimated expenditure for major infrastructure projects both projected and underway on the Gold Coast Region including Development Projects both projected and underway in 2012, totalled $68.5 billion and includes:
