Not your usual Mac & Cheese! This variety is Vegan, Gluten Free  & non-GMO.  

The noodles are our favorite brand of rice noodle, the creamy cheese sauce is made from cashews, and it's served over a bed of market fresh kale and hearty greens.  

Garnished with marinated mushrooms and hopefully some locally grown broccoli.  

*Please note that this meal is delivered at room temperature. Heating it is recommended for maximum enjoyment!

Cayman Market Fresh Meals

Saucha offers one menu item per delivery day.  To receive next week's locally inspired Market Fresh Meals place your order on Friday by 5 pm for Tuesday delivery and Tuesday by 5 pm for Thursday delivery  Order early so you're not disappointed!
 

How it works:

1.  Decide on menu item, quantity of meals, and any add-ons
2.  Email orders@sauchaliving.com with your order, phone number, and delivery location
3.  Receive confirmation email within 24 hours of placement of order*
4.  Wait patiently for your fresh meal to arrive between 11-12:30 on your delivery day
5.  We accept cash or check made payable to Britta Bush upon delivery
6.  Electronic receipt will be issued upon request

Please let us know if you have any allergies or dislikes so that we can accommodate your needs.  

*If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, then we did not receive your order.  Unless it was sent close to 4 pm on Friday, in which case we may already be out for the weekend.  

Cancellation policy:  A minimum 24 hour notice must be given to avoid being charged for your meal.  Thank you for understanding that this is required because we go shopping at the market to order quantities.   

We use eco-friendly, recycled, and sustainable packaging.  We encourage you to enjoy your food with a real fork.  BYOfork.  Thank you for helping to reduce waste in Cayman.
