We are excited to let you know that we are off and running and planning for the 2017 Fun Seekers Pipestem weekend! The dates this year will be May 5th - May 7th, 2017

EARLY ARRIVALS: On Thursday evening there will be an open dance–just for fun-from around 7:30-9:30ish. There will be square, round and line dancing - any callers, cuers, line dance instructors present are welcome to call.
GOLF! For the golfers among you, Steve Greene (603-327-7299 or ncgolfnut56@gmail.com) has agreed again to set up some tee times for those who want to participate in a round or two. There's a great course right next to the lodge that is fun to play. Please let him know if you are interested and would like to participate. Usually they go out on Friday morning or Saturday. Let him know your preference!
PIPESTEM LODGE is waiting to hear from you! There are plenty of rooms available. Call reservations on 1+800-225-5982. Make sure you mention you are with the Pipestem “Fun Seekers” Fling. Also, let us know (by E-mail or phone) if you will be attending Pipestem this year. Encourage your dancing friends to join us for this fun-filled weekend. Walk ins are welcome! Just make sure you have your room reservation.
CONCORD UNIVERSITY SATURDAY DINNER: As in years past, Concord University is an option for dinner on Saturday. The cost typically is around $10 (this includes tax) per person and hours for dinner are 4:00 to 5:30 pm.
CASUAL DRESS will continue for the weekend.
DANCE LEVELS: Don & Linda would like to know what levels that we have for round dancers who are attending - if you could shoot us an email to either pipestem@callerpatty.com and to the Hichmans at DonHichman@yahoo.com
We will have two dance opportunities for Advanced dancers. If you are interested in dancing at this level, please let Patty know via email at pipestem@callerpatty.com. If we don't have enough dancers, we'll make a schedule change and add in some high energy, or additional DBD dancing.
AFTER PARTY: The After Party will be on Friday after the dance. This way the dancers will be able to sleep in on Saturday morning and this will provide extra rest for attending the Worship Service on Sunday. We are going to be doing an audience participation after party again this year! If you've got any ideas, send them along. We had so much fun with the Family Feud last year, we are looking for something like that again.
SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE: As in years past, we'll be having a worship service on Sunday morning at 8:30 am. If you would like to participate in song or sharing of a word, please let Patty know as soon as possible. Anyone is welcome to participate - we'd be honored if you would consider it.
E-MAIL SERVICE: If you know of someone in your group who does not have Internet access and is planning on attending this year, please provide those folks with a copy – it will be appreciated. You could make a couple extra copies and place them on your Club’s flyer table .... we thank you in advance.
CALLERAMA: Please see the attached tentative schedule for opportunities for to participate in Calleramas. All attending callers are invited to call.
Fill out the attached REGISTRATION form and send it to us. If you have trouble opening the attachments, let us know and we will get a form to you.

DANCE FEE CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend the weekend, your DANCE FEE will be refunded to you NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON!
