Whole Leadership: Putting the Pieces Together

Whole Leadership: Putting the Pieces Together

During the past several months, the McCormick Center has published a series of posts to explore the concept of whole leadership, a broad view of the multifaceted, nuanced nature of leadership in early childhood programs. In our most recent post, Mike Abel offers a summary of whole leadership blogs, the suggested domains, and the feedback we received in the 82 comments posted throughout the series.

Mike also offers insights into the next steps for building the framework of whole leadership, including taking the discussion live this week at Leadership Connections™, the national conference we host in Wheeling, IL. We will invite the over 600 attendees and our national Advisory Board to join the conversation through several interactive experiences.
