Greetings from Europe!

As I write this I am sat in a beachside cafe on the south coast of Spain - and I'm really excited to share this newsletter with you. After working hard this winter, I am pleased to announce the release of my NEW EP 'Closer Now', out today!

I'm currently on the road, travelling around Europe to promote it, while writing a whole host of new songs along the way. I'm feeling really excited about the months to come - with a brand new website, new band and even our first UK festival date lined up at Chai Wallahs, Shambala Festival. This could be my most exciting newsletter yet!

My new EP 'Closer Now', recorded in Bristol over winter 2015 has been described as:

"Hugely enjoyable...resounds with driving and rhythmic acoustic-based tunes….Ben Howard wouldn’t be a stretch comparison".

En Route
Borne out of my two loves: travel and music, En Route is my new video blog capturing journeying with live performance. Here's a UK premier from a road trip to Lyme Regis Folk Festival where I gigged at last summer with singer Claire Ji. Sennen Timcke, singer-songwriter whose personal songs, deft finger-picking, and rhythmic guitar style have been compared to Ben Howard and Paul Simon, whilst his music recalls the golden era of folk music.

Playing sets solo, duetting with singer Claire Ji or performing with a full band, Sennen’s new show will take you on a heartfelt journey, exploring what it means to be human.
