Register your interest in goods you are buying, selling, hiring or renting
If your business sells goods on retention of title, hires, rents or leases goods or buys or sells second hand goods or assets then wording in a contract or invoice to state that title remains with a seller's business until goods are paid for in full no longer protects the seller. Use the Personal Property Security Register (PPSR) to register your interest in goods you have not yet been paid for.

Hoop Sparx was founded to inspire creativity, fitness and social connection though hoop dancing for kids, adults, corporates and communities. Hoop Sparx provides Hula Hoop classes, workshops, parties and community and corporate programs. Owner Donna Sparx is a locally based hooper who says she can't believe she makes a living out of her passion.
