Welcome to Cat Chat May 2016

Five games down for Season 2016 with mixed results across our seven teams. Our seniors have been competitive but haven't yet converted to a win. The Reserves are sitting 5th on the ladder with 3 wins. With many quality U/18 players playing up in the seniors, they are sitting 8th with 2 wins.
In the netball, A Grade have had 2 wins, including a win against Shepparton United which hasn't been done in many years. Well done girls!
B grade have had 1 win, B Reserve with 2 and U/17's also with 1 win.

Looking forward to taking on Rochester this weekend! Go Cats!

From the coach..

It hasn't been the best start from the Seniors in the win/loss ratio.
However we have been having some great internal wins with improvement being shown every week. Last week we scored the highest score to date this year against Kyabram, which is fantastic. The boys are having a real crack.... Read more

Junior Cats Update

4 rounds of the SDJFL Youth comp have been played.
U16's - Trying really hard in both Div 1 and Div2, but are struggling for consistent numbers.
U14 Blue - Great start by these boys with 3 wins in the first four rounds. Assistant coach, MFNC's Trent Herbert has been a great asset to the team.
U14 White - 2 wins in the first 4 games. The boys are really starting to gel as a team with senior player Lachie Devine coaching, who has been great for the boys. These two teams play each other in round 5.
