This Friday: 18th Annual Graduate Program Symposium
Want to hear about cutting edge clinical and translational (CTS) research by students of the Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences? Don't miss the 18th Annual CTS Graduate Program Symposium on Friday, May 20, 8:00AM-1:00PM in Wolff Auditorium at Tufts Medical Center (800 Washington Street, Boston).
In addition to presentations by graduating CTS students, this event will feature:
- A poster session by certificate, first year, and PhD students
- The Clinical and Translational Science Poster Competition
- A keynote address by Joe V. Selby, MD, MPH, Executive Director of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
Panel Discussion: Communicating with Stakeholders
Need help translating and disseminating your research to a variety of audiences? Get some insight at AcademyHealth's 2016 Annual Research Meeting. Thomas Concannon, PhD, Tufts CTSI Director of Stakeholder and Community Engagement, will chair a panel, Three Ways to Get Your Research Across to Stakeholders.
The TED talks-style discussion is Tuesday, June 28, 2016, 11:30AM-1:00PM at Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Panelists include Kavita Patel, MD, MPH of the Brookings Institution; William Shrank, MD, MSHS of CVS Health; and Stephen Cha, MD, MHS, of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.
