Understanding HOPWA Access to Care and Support Outcomes

The Office of HIV/AIDS Housing has published a new guide for HOPWA grantees on completing the Access to Care and Support Outcomes section of the Annual Performance Report (APR) and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The guide is in the form of a Prezi presentation, and is intended to help HOPWA grantees and project sponsors understand the purpose of the Access to Care and Support Outcomes, how to collect and compile outcomes data, as well as how to accurately complete the outcomes portion of the APR and CAPER.
