This email contains all your final, need-to-know Summer Fest info, covering event access on Wednesday 18th May, lineup news, what to bring and what to expect.
Please read this email thoroughly and pass on to anyone you have bought tickets for, and we'll see you on Wednesday!!

Wristbands and tickets
To enter the Summer Fest site you will need two things: your wristband (or your ticket if you're collecting your wristband on the door) and a valid photo ID (eg. passport, driving licence).
To save time on the door, you can exchange your ticket for your wristband in advance at the MDXSU Welcome Desk in MDX House (open 10am - 4pm).
To collect your wristband you will need to show your ticket. If you've bought tickets for other people you will all need to collect your wristbands at the same time so we can clamp their wristband clips!
Please do not remove your wristband prior to the event as lost wristbands can't be replaced. Tag your wristband pics with #MDXSummerFest so we can see!

Tickets are flying out but are still available online for now. A limited number of £20 tickets will be on sale on the door.

The Summer Fest site
The site comprises several indoor and outdoor areas across campus which will be fenced off and accessible to ticket holders only. Exit from College/Williams onto Scholars Courtyard will be closed all day.
Entry and access
Doors will open at 5pm on Wednesday 18th May and close at 3am (last entry 1am). The entrance will be between the Portakabins and the Real Tennis Building - this will be signposted!
Please note: there will be no entry after 1am.
The lineup
We have now announced the full Summer Fest lineup, featuring WSTRN, Yasser, NORTY, Vas Leon and talented student artists and DJs. Click here to view online.
Food and drink
There will be several bars onsite (closing at 2am) plus food stands selling churros and fast food. We'd recommend bringing cash!

Congratulations to those of you who have finally finished your exams and coursework, and good luck to anyone with deadlines, exams or placements still to come - the summer will be here before you know it!
