Greetings Beloved Dancers,
Although this week has been wet and there's a frost warning tonight, we hope you are cultivating love and compassion within your heart. Here's a few opportunities for you to practice these things in the Dances of Universal Peace community. First, some weekend retreats:
- Jun 17-19: A Last Dance Retreat at the Villa Maria, Frontenac, MN, before the retreat center is closed and sold. Registration has been extended to May 31! Lodging, meals, and dance fees details are at PeaceDanceMN.com.
- Sept 16-18: The Rev. Tasnim Fernandez and Imam Bilal Hyde will be leading a retreat at Rochester's Assisi Heights. More details at PeaceDanceMN.com or contact Marion at Marioncoit@Hotmail.com or 507-398-6028.

An update on the Villa Maria:
The Ursuline Sisters who have lovingly nurtured many through their Retreat Center will be closing its doors at the end of June. Since we have beloved memories of dancing there, the weekend of June 17-19 has been reserved for us to return, remember, dance, thank, and say farewell. Details for dancing, lodging, meals and more are at PeaceDanceMN.com. Mark your calendars and register by May 31 to help the planners.
It is hoped that many past dancers, leaders, and musicians will contribute their time to organize farewell rituals and lead dances during the retreat. If you are interested in offering something, please contact CPeaceDance@gmail.com.
